What is the size of the factory?
There are 40 employees, with 4 rolling molding machines, two five-axis engraving machines, one three-axis engraving machine, and several other equipment.

What’s the delivery time ?
It takes 30-35 days to open the mold and make a sample.

Can I get samples from your factory?
Mold opening is required to make samples，two samples are provided free of charge, but the Express fee needs to be borne by yourself.

What is the standard of package?
Export standard package or special package according to customer requirement.

If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We will responsible for all the quality problems.
